Pir Expo is the largest exhibition organizer in the food industry in Russia. I designed a personal account for participants, allowing them to manage documents, process payments, and order stand elements independently, without a manager. To achieve this, I conducted in-depth interviews with company staff and developed a unique user flow tailored to complex internal processes. Today, hundreds of companies use the platform, significantly reducing the workload for managers.
